You can find our application here. Once you are on the application page you will be asked to provide some information on yourself, as well as the current climate venture you are working on. From there you will be prompted to schedule an interview with a member of our team.

When you click on the "Apply Today" or "Secure Your Spot" buttons, you will be redirected to our online form where you'll be asked to fill in your application and book a slot to talk to our team.

This step is important as we want to make sure to bring on board people who are a great match for this course and can add value to this learning community.

During the program we will hold 8-12 sessions (1.5 hours each) with climate experts, focusing on a range of important skills and insights in the climate startup journey.

We will also assign small assignments to help you practice the different lessons covered in the modules.

In parallel to the live sessions, we will match you up with one or more mentors in your field, and we encourage you to develop those relationships over time, even once the bootcamp has ended. 

Most sessions are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11 am EST - 12.30 pm EST, though at times we may hold sessions at slightly different times, depending on our instructors' schedules

All members of the cohort will have a life-long access to our platform and community.

We also encourage you to continue to engage with each other and with the mentors.

Depending on stage and model, we are open to helping connect you with accelerators, funds and other organizations in the climate tech ecosystem. 

The CTB costs US$899, which gives you full, life-time access to our platform and community including the live sessions.

As part of the program you also get to interact with our climate tech experts during the sessions, as well as our network of mentors.

The bulk of our programming and network is focused on helping entrepreneurs, so most applicants and cohort members are looking to start a climate tech company.

That said, some of our alumni have gone on to work on climate issues as employees with governments, financial institutions and other organizations, and the content in our programming can help you in your climate journey, even if you do not plan to start a company.

You will interact with other participants in multiple ways. This will happen on the platform through which you'll be able to connect with your fellows, send DMs, join Squad meetings and much more.

So far, our programing has been 'vertical agnostic' and our entrepreneurs have focused on a range of areas - biochar, battery storage, ag-tech, solar energy, conservation, among other areas - and our experts (instructors and mentors) work across an equally large spectrum of domain areas - agriculture and food systems, renewable energy, venture capital, mineralization, climate law and policy, data science and software, IP commercialization, etc.

We have had a range of stages present in our cohorts. Some participants come with a preliminary business idea, while others are pre-idea. We also have some who have built a prototype or have basic product market fit, but could benefit from the access to mentors and communities. We also have had participants who are not starting a climate tech venture in the near term, but want to use the CTB as a way to get a head start on their planning.

The majority of our participants and larger network are focused on for profit organizations. That said, the lessons covered in our sessions, as well as our mentors could be relevant for nonprofit models as well, so we are open to receiving applications from nonprofit founders.

Yes, we have designed a format that is compatible with working full-time.

And if you can't make a session, no need to worry as all the sessions will be recorded so that you can access them whenever you want and go through them at your own pace.

Some of our participants have paid through their companies learning and development budget. Reach out to your company to understand your options.

Eventually, we hope to invest in companies that come through the bootcamp, but unfortunately for now we do not provide any funding.
